Origami Lantern

Fold many of these then string them and hang them up like ordinary lanterns!

Fold on both diagonals, crease well and unfold.

Now fold one corner to the center. I’m starting with the bottom right corner. Repeat for the other 3 corners.

Flip paper over.

Fold the bottom tip to the center. Repeat for the other 3 tips.

Flip paper over.

Fold the bottom right corner to the center. Repeat for the other 3 corners.

Now, we’re going to open the paper up at the top. Pry the paper open, and fold the flap to the top and away from you. Press the paper flat.

Repeat for the bottom part.

your origami lantern in complete!
